ERP, accounting, project management, identity, and the field tools in between, so data is entered once and trusted everywhere.
- Implement
Rollouts that stick
Process mapping, training, a champion on every team, and a plan for the week after go-live. Adoption is the deliverable.
All of it backed by more than twenty years of IT and infrastructure work, and construction industry knowledge going back to 2005, so the software fits the network, the jobsite, and the people.

I’m looking for a senior leadership role, software first: head of software, director, or VP. I’m also a fit as a special projects lead or principal engineer, where the job is connecting parts of the business nobody has connected yet. Remote preferred, hybrid possible.
